Is it legal to transport an ATV in a standing position in California?

    i have seen it several times her in California, but i wouldn’t risk it. you may want to look into it more at the DMV.
    i’m sure it is legal though, i have seen it before. but, i’d be scared that the quads might fall of or somethin, even if they are tied down.

    Of course it is. On it’s side, upside down, however you see fit so long as it is secured and does not leak fluids on the roadway.
